Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been a nanny for multiple families, some had just one child and others had multiple kids (infants/toddlers/bigger kids). I also was a teacher during Sunday school for a few years where I was taking care of the 0-2 years olds. I also currently am working as a teacher/assistant at a daycare!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to be outside and I know children love it too, so anytime I can run around with a kid is fun. I also like to be creative so I love finding crafts or things that are artsy.

Taking care of children is a huge privilege, especially when they’re not your own. I understand it’s hard to trust someone and let them into your home and your family, so the most important part for me is being someone the parents and child can confidently rely on. I have only worked with one special needs child, but it was very brief so I honestly don’t have too much experience in that area.
The most important part about being a nanny...
There have been a few times when I’ve been around families long enough to see a baby start crawling and then start walking and talking. It always makes me emotional knowing I have been able to be apart of those big exciting moments.
