Include but arent limited to: any form of outdoor play (park, playground, trampoline, tag,ect), any form of indoor play (toys, board games, hide n go seek, gaming, coloring, painting, drawing,ect)
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is the childs safety. I do not allow choking hazards of any kind near them. I make sure doors are locked and anything of danger is away from them. I dont ever want a child to be unsafe due to a new person in there home.
My experience with special needs children...
My younger cousins who are currently 2 and 7 are both diagnosed with autism. Ive watched after both of them and i know some sign language to help communicate or maybe teach the child to be able to communicate better if he/she is nonverbal. I also know how to handle a breakdown or any form of tantrum from them without them becoming "in charge" of the situation and calming them down.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One time my cousin had bumped his head and started crying. He came to me instead of his mother (she was upstairs) which i helped him feel better but i thought it was the sweetest thing.
