I actually help Dale County DHR with abused children. I'm a father as well that's been going on 11 years now lol. Honestly I have actually cared for children quite often since I started by doing house call as I have specialist certifications in caring for children with special needs.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Crafts are a great fun way to pass time. Reading young Chapter books as to build an anticipation effect while they are eager to hear the next chapter. I'm also certified to teach elementary students so I tend to try and come up with educational games as it is never too early to start learning!

Yo be honest... It is after you've regular clients and establish a stable schedule and your integrated into this family who I may have never met if I didn't start being open to caring 6 children as well as the elderly.
