The most important part of being a nanny for me is having lots of patience and understanding why the child is acting the way they are, and instead of getting angry and frustrated with them, talking nicely and trying to get on there level and make them feel understood, while also making sure the situation doesn't get out of hand. I also think its very important to make sure the children feel loved and nurtured like all children need to feel!
