Since I was a kid I have been attending a summer camp, I went from being a camper to now being one of the counselors who takes care of the campers. Every year I Volunteer to work at this camp as a counselor and have the privilege to work with different age groups every summer. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

At the camp that I volunteer to work at, I have counseled kids from 6 years old to 14 year olds. At the church that I attend, I also help out the mothers take care of their children whether it’s newborns, toddlers or young kids.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love going to the park with them, taking them out on small walks whether walking or on a stroller, take them out to ride their bike or scooter. Playing games with them at home to keep them entertained, I also love singing so I would sing and read to them before putting them for a nap.

I enjoy trying new things like baking or doing different hairstyles or other fun activities to keep the kids happy, therefore I would love to try any activity as long as the family is okay with it.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Is Being able to bond with the kids and becoming someone they can trust and enjoy being with. Being able to connect with them and being someone they can look up to and being able to watch these kids grow up. Being able to be a good example to them and leaving a good impression and memory of you in their eyes.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I normally would take the 6 month old baby girl that I would take care of to the beach in the summer. I would take her in the stroller and walk around the board walk with her just so she won’t be cooped up in the house and it was just a relaxing time for her and for me as well.
