I am extremely passionate about kids and pets, making sure they get the proper attention as they develop is super important! More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have nannied 5 different kids of all ages as young as 4m olds. My caretaking experience exceeds children; I have worked a cna position in a dementia facility for a while and also lived with both of my grandparents individually before and during both being put on hospice up to their passing. I have house sat, pet sat, cleaned houses, ran errands for neighbors, etc. I started babysitting during highschool. I moved in with my immobile grandmother immediately after I graduated and cared for her for over a year until her passing, and then 6 months later did the same thing with my also immobile grandfather for a year until he passed. After that I took a retail job for a few months until I found my first nanny position to a 4m old boy. I also nannied for a pair of brothers 3 and 6 doing before and after school care with transportation to school and extracurriculars.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

It all depends on the age. I’m very proactive and love making up fun educational games and any type of mental and physical exercise and stimulation games. Outside is always fun to play tag and hide and seek, do educational scavenger hunts and identify different plants and wildlife. Riding bikes and playing with chalk in the driveway are good go-to’s as well as water balloon fights.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Even with as much as being a nanny excites me, the most important aspect of nannying is insuring the ABSOLUTE best and most quality care is being taken of the children while giving them playful and happy experiences that they’ll remember forever.

I have had so many nanny moments that I have loved and will still reminisce about. None of them compete with eachother. Baby’s first words and steps, a little boy I helped learn his ABC’s, newborns tummy time development journey, first day of school, so many things!
