I am a 21 year old girl who grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! I am Montessori educated! I am a very understanding, and empathetic person. I enjoy nature, playing games, and making art. I am the youngest of four children, so I still have a pretty wild imagination and also a strong appreciation for needing a buddy to play with. I love to be with kids because I believe there's always something adults can learn from children. Likewise, I love helping and interacting with them so I can hopefully teach them something in return! (also, I am fully vaccinated!)

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I coached a soccer league for the past few summers with kids ranging from ages 4 to 9!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love making art, such as coloring, sculpting, painting, and sketching. I enjoy playing games, cards are one of my favorite things to play, I also enjoy puzzles, board games and more. I love having conversations with kids and allowing them to have someone to confide in and feel safe around where we can learn from each other! I really like the outdoors and the activities that come with it, for example picnics, biking, and swimming. I would love to take the kids to a museum, or arcade, or even just a park!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The thing that matters most to me about being a nanny is allowing children to be exactly who they are, having the important conversations, and just being there to love them and help them along their journey!

My experience with special needs children...

I have not first-hand worked with anyone who has special needs. Although, my cousin has special needs and we get along extremely well! I believe I've observed and learned a lot on how to care for someone with special needs, especially as a child!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I took the kids to a state park in Pennysylvania. You could hike, bike, swim, go kayaking, white water rafting, zip lining, the whole 9 yards. We went up for a night and camped there. The kids had a blast and still talk about it to this day, and hey, so do I! That was probably one of the most wonderful trips I've ever had while nannying.
