My experience is somewhat limited as I’ve really only cared for my youngest brother who has special needs. But also growing up in the situation has taught me patience. I have also gained experience with working with those with autism.

Is when I walk into work on the weekend and the kids who have been there for a while are so excited to see me, and know that no matter what I am there to support them and give them the love and attention they deserve as if they were my own.
