The most important part about being a nanny...
is making sure that the kids feel safe while me caring for them. always listing to what the kids need and making sure that the parents trust me to take care of there kids. Always checking in with the parents about things and getting a clear understanding of all of the kids.
My experience with special needs children...
I do seminary special ed with the kids for 3 years now and have been in Special needs class for about my hole high school experience.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I love when I get there and the kids are exsided to see me and telling me about the day that we are going to have. It makes me feel good that the kids like and trust me to watch them.
