The most inportant part of being a nany would be takeing on a responsible for someone who is need of some extra help and making sure the children are happy at all times. Another reason is you are they're role model you are some one they are going to look up to so putting on that role is inportant not just to you but the children and they're family.

My favorite nanny moment was when i had move rooms at my church they all ran up to me and gave me a hug begging me not to leave them. Still to this day i go next door and say hi to my young friends.
