I recently graduated with my bachelor's in Elementary and Special Education and worked with kids pre-k to 5th grade. I previously worked at an after school care program where I helped with homework, played games, and did crafts with kids pre-k to 8th grade. I also have 6 nieces and nephews who I have babysat all at once many times. Their ages range from infant to 8 years old. I have experience with overnights, feedings, diaper changes, and baths.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
My favorite things to do with kids include playing outside with kids on playground equipment or more nature based play (basic plant and animal identification and ecosystem learning) as well as imaginative play. I also enjoy singing and teaching educational songs and games with kids. I am very creative and love to craft with kids. Something else I like to do is helping children learn through questioning and problem solving.

Is providing safe and fun care that the kids look forward and the parents can feel confident that their kids are safe and well entertained. I also think it is very important to build a relationship with the family as a whole because it allows for a more open and comfortable experience for all.
