I worked at a company called Shadow Fax in York pa where I was paid to take care of four special needs adults. What I did when there was cleaned, administered meds, fed, clothed, bathed, and changed their diapers I took them out on field trips to their specific store or park. I also took them to and from there jobs “shadow fax had a building for them to go to during the day” in the morning and evenings.
