The most important part about being a nanny...
Personally to me, I think the most important thing about being a nanny is being part of the family. Understanding boundaries and expectations to help fulfill the families’s needs and understand how that family works. I think that showing that child the same amount of love and respect as they are supposed to show you is very important.
