The most important part about being a nanny...
I was nannying a 1 year old and the little girl was non verbal and was having a hard time communicating in anyway. I noticed she loved being held and playing/looking at my hair. One day she was playing with my hair which typically calmed her down and put her to sleep and she looked up at me and she said a full sentence and said “ I love your hair Ms. Jackson”.
