I love getting outside to play sports, go on walks, or explore a park, but I’m just as happy spending a quiet afternoon reading books or doing crafts together. I think it’s great for kids to have a balance — burning off energy outdoors, then slowing down with something creative or hands-on inside. I also believe healthy competition can be fun for all & instill important values in children. Whether we’re kicking a soccer ball, doing a craft, or diving into a good story, I always try to make it fun & engaging for them.

The most important part about being a nanny is keeping a healthy, balanced schedule that helps kids feel happy, secure, and excited about their day. I’ve found that having a good rhythm — time to play, learn, eat, and rest — really makes a difference. Kids do best when there’s structure, but also room for fun and flexibility. I love creating days that feel calm & predictable, but still full of creativity and little adventures that keep things interesting!
