Hi! I’m a 24-year-old with my bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Science, who plans to pursue a master’s in Occupational Therapy. My education has given me a lot of knowledge on working with children and families. On top of that, I’ve been a nanny for over 8 years; working with children of all ages, from newborns to teens, including those with special needs. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

when I was a teacher's assistant for a while. As well as when I was also an RBT therapist in the ABA field. I was a nanny for a family for 1yr; doing meal preps, light house chores, and caring for 2-3 children at a time. I've also done tons of other babysitting jobs

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

playing with their toys with them, if they've asked me to. painting, swimming, going to the playground, etc. I am always up for whatever the child wants to do, as long as it is safe and okay with the parents. I am a very playful, fun, and energetic person. I tend to go with the child's flow.

My experience with special needs children...

stems from helping my mom with my younger brother who has special needs. I've done some volunteer work for the North Texas Agels pageant show and that gave me more experience caring for children with special needs. During my time as an RBT therapist, I worked with neurodivergent children. I've worked with children who have anxiety, dyslexia, and ADHD. I have experience with G-tubes, giving medicines, doing heavy lifting, changing diapers, prepping/ feeding meals, and more.
