Hi! I’m Melanie, and I have over 25 years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to school-aged children.

My childcare career includes serving as a Childcare Director at the YMCA, and I currently work as a Special Education Teacher Assistant with BOCES, where I’ve been helping children thrive for over three years. I have also provided nanny care for multiple families, caring for children from infancy through age five.

As a mother of three grown daughters, I understand firsthand the importance of finding someone who is patient, dependable, and genuinely caring.
