I am such a kid at heart! I love to be outside, love to get a little messy with fun sensory activities and crafts. I love music and have learned that there's nothing like a good dance party to lift any mood! I am all about letting children explore and create, building their independence, while giving encouragement to help grow their confidence and creativity.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I've always believed that the most important thing about being a nanny is to be able to step in for mom and dad when they can't be there themselves. That means caring for your little one as if they were my own, while respecting and implementing your parenting style (routine, values, discipline, etc) in order to maintain consistency and security for your child.

Unfortunately, I do not have experience with caring for children with special needs.
