A little bit about me

I am a teaching assistant @ School of The Arts. I have been working for the RCSD for 34 years, working several different positions throughout my years here. I worked as the In School suspension teacher for several years , I believe in restorative approach to discipline. For the past 3 years I have been working in our VAR lab , which is the Virtual Academy of Rochester were I work with students who are taking OCR ( on-line-credit recovery) courses that students in to complete and pass in order to graduate. We also have students taking AP on-line courses. I have worked the 12 month summer program with Special needs students. I love kids and I also love to learn and help our students achieve their goals both academically and personally. It is the most rewarding profession.
I still love going into work everyday!
