Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to be outside. Children should never have to be stuck inside all day. I love interact with children and learn new things about their cognitive, language etc. (skills). Whether it be inside or outdoors. I love to draw, color, read, sing, craft, build things. You name it. Whatever the children like to do, just know I’ll be there to have fun with them!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Watching them grow in every area each day you're with them, the needs of every child, and most importantly, loving them like they're your own. Another important thing about being a babysitter/nanny is having great stories to tell the parents about their kids day. Most days, the parent/parents will have long, tiring days at work. Its nice to see their face light up when you tell them even one small accomplishment/thing they did on that day. I know that would be pretty important to me.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One memorable thing I can remember is one of the young kids that I watched loved to go outside and just wait/stare at airplanes. He would get so excited when he would hear/see one fly by. That was every single time I watched him. He enjoyed it, and I did as well.
