The most important part about being a nanny...
I want to make sure that me and your kid(s) are a good match. I don’t want them to dread when I’m coming to watch them and I don’t want to dread coming to watch your kids! I want to be able to have fun adventures with them when I come over. I had a babysitter growing up who terrified me and I don’t want to be that for your children. I love kids and want them to use their imaginations and be children because this world is trying to make them grow up way too fast.
My experience with special needs children...
My brother has Asperger syndrome so I have some experience with special needs growing up but I am not an expert in this area at all.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was probably when I took the 2 year old boy I kept at the time to a pumpkin patch! The excitement on his face was so priceless! He ran around picking pumpkins for a solid 30 mins. I swear we left with 10 pumpkins that day cause he loved them so much!
