Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked as an at home caregiver and had clients that were children. I have worked as a substitute teacher (Kindergarten was always my favorite) and I also organize and run an allergy friendly Halloween event for the children in the community. I have been running the South East Idaho Teal Pumpkin Inspired "trunks and treats" event since 2016.

I enjoy reading (I am a very animated reader; voices, actions, etc), building Legos, going to the park, playing sports, swimming, baking, and so much more!

The connection to the family. I have become very close friends with my nanny families and still keep in touch with many of them to this day.

I have worked with special needs children who are on the spectrum, have cerebral palsy, food allergies, adhd, children who have been abused and have ptsd, children with speech delays (I love teaching baby signs), and more.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I would say it's been a collection of moments. I love learning new things from my nanny families. I love learning about their culture, their religions, their parenting styles and incorporating them. I enjoy the moments where I learn.
