Relevant experience includes working at Pump It Up, an indoor inflatable play center where I supervised and engaged with children, as well as on-site daycare settings and private nannying. Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing a variety of fun and engaging activities with children! Arts and crafts are a favorite—painting, drawing, and creative hands-on projects that spark imagination. I enjoy reading stories, teaching simple cooking, and encouraging learning through play. I also love music—singing, dancing, and rhythm games. Outdoor play is important too, including nature walks and park time. I also enjoy swimming with kids and feel confident in the water, as I was previously a certified lifeguard. Safety is always a top priority, and I bring that focus into every activity while keeping things fun and enriching.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of the most important parts of being a nanny is maintaining healthy boundaries while building a strong, respectful relationship with the family. Open communication and mutual trust are key to creating a positive environment where both the child and family feel supported. I believe in working as a team with parents, aligning on routines, values, and goals to ensure consistent, loving care that meets the unique needs of each child.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My most memorable moment while nannying was a couple years ago I worked with a family and they had a 2 year old daughter, she was struggling to be put down for a nap and was frustrated and crying and in that moment I realized why I enjoy what I do because instead of getting upset or overwhelmed I took the moment to be a lesson to be there for her and teach her to breath and calm down and work through the situation together. The smile on her face to see I wasn't upset and the trust she put into me, eventually she was able to sleep and we didn't have any further issues with nap time.
