out door play and imaginative games are very important and I try to take every opportunity to encourage games like that. I also like to encourage fun learning, reading and memory games. helping remember things through songs is also very effective!
I do my best to make sure whatever the kid loves, I support. I ask questions! "you like drawing? what's your favorite thing to draw? do you wanna draw together? yours looks so good! can you teach me how to draw that?" the most important thing is the child having fun, feeling valued and hopefully learning a thing or two while were at it!
