My first official job in high school, other than babysitting for family and friends, was as a life guard at the Mission Viejo Lake. After a year there I started teaching swim lessons at the local YMCA to all ages. Out of high school I went on to work with a private company to teach private swim lessons to all ages (mostly ages 3-12 years old).
