Hello! I’m a mom of 7. Ages 8-20. Whom given me plenty of unpaid experience 😊!! 4 of my own and 3 that I have been so very blessed with. I have approximately 3 1/2 years experience working as a part time nanny/babysitter. Only, Until I was offered a position as operating partner at a multi billion dollar company. To me, excelling above expectations was/is not an option. Once I took full control of the unit I was able to accomplish what no other operating partner has been able to do within such a small amount of time. But, My success came at a higher price “ my family, my kids”. I’ve missed out on all of the smaller moments that I will never get back. Which is why I’ve decided to let it go. Now not only am I focusing on anything and everything that will make me a better parent but the most important part is that I have so much more time just be a mom. As super skill that I believe that your little’s will teach me!!!!
