Our youngest had significant feeding issues and medical needs, and Michelle was able to handle them all flawlessly. It was like having a third member of our parenting team. She came to appointments or brought him to appointments when needed, and played a fundamental role in his growth and development. She also spent a significant amount of time with our oldest who loved her so much. She did things around the house without being asked and even did special projects for me while the kids napped. She shuttled the kids safely to and from activities and loved them like her own. They sure loved her too! If my work schedule hasn’t changed we would have never let her go! She is professional, warm, loving and responsible. She was always very communicative and sent pictures all day of the kids as well! She is a catch!"
