More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Daycare and part-time nannying/ babysitting
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy taking walks with the children, dancing any sort of art and craft.
The most important part about being a nanny...
It's essential for me to foster a warm and trusting relationship with the family, ensuring they feel comfortable with me as I strive to meet their expectations in the best way I can. Above all, my priority as a nanny is the safety and well-being of the children, as I believe that a nurturing environment plays a vital role in their happiness and growth.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience working with children with special needs in a daycare setting.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was during lunchtime with a toddler who had just discovered the magic of ketchup. He looked me dead in the eyes and whispered, “Ketchup is my best friend.” I laughed so hard I nearly dropped my plate. But the moment turned extra sweet when he tried to “feed” his best friend a bite of chicken nugget and said, “Share with ketchup!” Moments like that remind me that children see the world with such wonder, and I’m lucky to witness it.

Live-In Full-Time Nanny Available in Washington, DC: McCall F.
I am the oldest of several siblings and genuinely appreciate spending time with and helping children. I graduated college in 2020 and after spending the last couple years in mostly remote, corporate settings, I'm hoping to spend the next year (potentially longer) in a different way that's more active and fulfilling for me. My longterm goal is going back to school to continue studying Economics, but I have many years of experience with childcare, teaching swim lessons, and academic tutoring across age groups (including early readers). I am a team player and happy to help with light housekeeping; I especially enjoy doing laundry.
