Hello! My name is Michelle. I’m currently a college student working towards my bachelor’s degree with the goal of becoming a labor and delivery nurse. I grew up in a loving Hispanic household where I took on caregiving role early on, helping care for my younger siblings whenever my parents were away.These experiences taught me responsibility, patience, and connection with children. Since then, I’ve gained even more experience by caring for children at my local Catholic Church and volunteering at elementary and middle schools, especially during field trips and special events. I’ve always had a soft spot for kids and love creating safe, nurturing and fun environments. I’m fluent in both Spanish and English, I’ve been CPR certified since my junior year of high school. Outside of work with children. I enjoy traveling, spending time at the beach , going on walks, being out in nature and shopping. I’ve gained some experience with one of my younger cousins. I assist my aunt when it’s needed, especially when she’s overwhelmed balancing work and caregiving. I help with his daily routine, medications, his school work, mainly providing consistent support.
