For the last 8 years I've worked at Spectrum Academy as a lead para educator at the elementary school in North Salt Lake witch im still employed at. I work with kids with learning disabilities and or autism, I've helped write and implemented IEPs.
I've also for the last 2 years have watched my sons friends daughter she's 2 years old. I've taught her her colors and she almost knows her ABC.
I belive in learning while play. The kids love this and it makes learning fun.
