Hi, I’m Mikayla Dane—I’m 26 years old and currently a toddler/preschool teacher in Westerville, where I’ve been working for nearly two years. As the oldest sibling in my family, I’ve been caring for children for as long as I can remember, which naturally led me into the field of early childhood education.

I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences at The Ohio State University, with plans to graduate in Spring 2027. I'm passionate about supporting young children and their families, and I'm looking for full-time opportunities that will allow me to continue making a positive impact while growing professionally.

Outside of work, I’m a big animal lover—especially dogs—and I love spending time with both kids and pets. I’m excited to continue building a career that reflects my values of care, connection, and advocacy.
