The most crucial element of being a nanny is connecting with, understanding, and nurturing children's individuality and potential. It's creating an emotionally safe, heard, and appreciated atmosphere as well as physical safety. A child's perspective, interpersonal skills, and self-esteem are shaped by their nanny. Being accepted into a child's world requires patience, understanding, and honesty. Celebrating their successes, helping them through their struggles, and being there for them.
