I take care of children like I took care of my own child. I make sure they are always safe in my care. Sometimes my kids in my daycare would rather go home with me. I would say yes because I couldn't stand to see their sad faces. The kids were like family to me I love them and their parents and that's the sort of nanny I am your child will always be safe with me.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with kids who have ADHD when I taught school. See, when my son was young, I wanted to be home with him. I did get a job later in a Daycare center that would pick kids up from school.

While I was in my classes to become a Daycare owner, I use to Nanny this little girl name Sabrina she hated everyone in the morning, But I would get her up with music Like we gonna have a good day and she would smile when she heard the music playing. Sometimes I sat in school with her and she and my son would play together after school. My son is grown now with his own family.
