I am very experienced with special needs. I spent 15 years as a special needs teacher with 10 in self-contained settings. I write IEP's and understand nuanced behaviors. I can follow a structured schedule and can easily adapt to non-structured. I can handle behavioral issues, including meltdowns and explosions.
