I have a background as certified GAPS Nutritional coach, helping families heal chronic illness through nutritional intervention. I can help with meal planning and cooking family meals. I have experience with canning/preserving and cooking traditional foods such as homemade kefir, yoghurt, meat stock, bone broth, kombucha, sourdough, etc.
I am also familiar with Waldorf and nature school pedagogy. I believe there is no such thing as bad weather and we spend the majority of our time outside interacting with nature in all seasons.
I studied Early Childhood Development through the Neufeld institute.
