A little bit about me

my name is Monica Chavez. I was born and raised in Oxnard California and moved to the beautiful city of Santa Paula about 13 years ago. Back in 2018 I graduated from Ventura College with my AA degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. As most graduates, it was hard finding a job where I was able to utilize my degree. I then decided to apply to a bunch of different jobs and was able to land a job at a local church. My job title was “childcare worker” and let me tell you, I absolutely loved it. I was working with infants and toddlers. After working about 1 year at the church, I was then promoted to working as the children’s ministry Director’s assistant. I stayed at the church for 2 years and then covid hit and my hours were cut tremendously.

I am positive, loving, reliable, and hardworking.
