I'm a great story teller, and great instructor when it comes to recreational learning. Kids are a pride and joy for every parent and these kids deserve to have fun and grow in a safe environment. From singing, playing with toys and drawing are all the things I can do with the kids.

To be a nanny doesn't you replace the parent, but you help both the child and parent overcome there own sets of difficulty. Nannies are like angels in disguise they keep the glue strong and firm and hold families together.
My experience with special needs children...
I have had expirence with people with difficulty learning, and people that have autism and some sort of disability. My time at PS48Q bettered my understanding on how to go about caring for these kids. I don't let these things get in my way for taking care of someone, as I strive to be a medical professional, thus it's a honor to help take care of someone that is faced with these challenges.
The most important part about being a nanny...
At PS48Q I was given a lot of funny little nicknames and kids would usually get happy when they saw me. My favorite moment there would be dealing with a 6 year old who had a break down, the teacher was struggling to control the kid so I took the effort to distress the situation and took a walk with the child. The next you know the child apologized to the teacher and gave both of us a hug. Truly honored to bring a sense of clarity and maturity in people, and it's something I'm strong in.
