A little bit about me

Hello! I've worked with children in various settings, including social work, daycare, in-school, the library, summer camps, and more. I am confident of my superb skills working with children of all ages, from newborn and infant to school-age; my favorite are the littles! I can mold to what your child needs, while teaching positive skills, such as manners, taking turns, communication, and more, along with educational skills developmentally appropriate for their age and schoolwork aid. My most recent childcare jobs were working in elementary schools as a case manager working to build those same skills aforementioned, and before that I was a preschool teacher. I believe that childcare is more than simply babysitting, it's about being a safe person for your child and an additional avenue to provide both education and fun! I am also trained in first aid and AED, as well as child abuse, mental health, crib safety, and developmentally appropriate milestones.
