A little bit about me

I have been working in childcare for 11 years. I have held various different positions such as a nanny for 4 summers, teaching pre-K for 3 years for Head start, as well as a preschool and toddler teacher at different programs. I have an associates in early childhood and a bachelors in human services. All my life I have loved working with children. Watching them learn new skills, develop confidence, and grow as an individual. I believe it is important for children to learn through play, spend time outside exploring and using their imagination. I enjoy creating enriching activities and experiences for children. Along with caring for children I have also cared for family pets, transported to and from music lessons, swim lessons, as well as assisting with light housework and laundry.
