The most important part about being a nanny for me is creating a trusting, communicative relationship not only won’t the child but with the family as well. Having the family trust me to watch their child is very important. It is also important to meet the child where they are at in regards to what they are needing, what they are feeling and their comfortably with activities, meals, routines. Most importantly have fun!
