Culturally for me, it is instinctive to care for children needs. It was expected that the older children of the family usually the girls assumed the mother duties in the homes for siblings and cousins as well as extended family children. This included all types of mothering when needed… so being a nanny is using nurturing that comes naturally, you may say 🥰
