A little bit about me

My name is Nancy. I've been a caring, nurturing and reliable nanny for 10+ years.
I moved back to Warr Acres this past July. I had been in San Diego, Ca. since Jan 2015.
My most recent position ended last July due to a military move. In Jan 2021, I began this position caring for a 3-month-old baby boy providing loving and attentive care. I engaged him with age appropriate play, read to him, prepared meals and fed him.
In August of 2016 I began taking care of a little girl who was 2 months old. She had a sister a few years after I started. We played, I read to them, cooked and fed them, I did laundry, on occasion grocery shopped, kept everything tidy. I took the oldest to preschool and picked her up. I also took them to doctor appointments on occasion. This position ended in 2021 when the mother placed them in a private day care.
I am formerly a Certified Nurses Aide and a Certified Home Health Aide

"Nancy began working for us when our son was 3 months old and she immediately formed a bond with him. She has a wealth of experience caring for infants and toddlers, and we felt more than comfortable leaving our premie baby in her care. Nancy has been a huge help to us, taking excellent care of our son by preparing his food, reading multiple books to him daily, playing with toys, keeping him on a good routine, taking him on occasional walks, and actively working to help him learn new words. Not only that, but she helps with everybody's laundry/dishes/etc, all while keeping our cat and dog fed and well-played with! Nancy has continued to grow close with our son over the past 18 months and it will truly be hard for both of them to part.
