My experience with special needs children...
I have a nephew who has autism and I understand fully that they need all of your time and patience! It’s scary to leave him/her with anyone! I still feel that way and my nephew is 16! It’s always scary but I understand it! Patience is key because they’re innocent!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite memory with all the babies and kids I have taken care of is them being attached to me! I love that they felt a safe space with me.
