After years of being short staffed and then the hired staff that are lazy/don’t do their job, there just for the pay check, etc. it has taken a big toll on my body and I’m just ready for something different. I have many years of unpaid babysitting under my belt as I have had 2 younger siblings growing up and lots of younger cousins!! I currently work with special needs young adults and elderly adults. I love what I do but I don’t love the short staffing or the “lazy” staff that are accumulating over time since I’ve been there.
