I'm a sweet, high pitched voice, loving mommy. Most people who are around me compliment me for being funny, happy and a good mom. I'm so thankful for my 2 children and I'm looking for employment where I'm able to take care of them and take care of other children at the same time! I prepare healthy food with a high standard for health including organic and Probiotic jar style fermented foods including sourdough usually. I also enjoy bringing my children to the libraries, to parks and homeschooling. I enjoy picking fresh fruit and going on field trips with my children as well as doing outdoor activities such as playing soccer together. I've been paid with children care through Care.com including babies. I also have experience volunteering with a youth group and with children's church. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Thankfully I've been a mother for over 9 years. I have experience with children care for others as well. I have experience with caring for babies at a couples' retreat in Cloudcroft, NM. I also have volunteered regularly in a 2 year old room in Corydon, Indiana. I have experience with medically fragile & regular pediatric therapy appointments for both speech and occupational therapy. I have experience with homeschooling, nursing, going to the playground, library, volunteering at a food pantry and donating food with my children, as well as starting the clothing donation center in Tularosa Community Center with my children. We also usually attend homeschool groups and usually eat very healthy food together. I love preparing healthy food as a former certified health coach. I've been certified in first aid and CPR and just need to recertify. I've also been certified as a group exercise instructor. I love attending children's group exercise classes with my children & hopefully with yours!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Going to the libraries, volunteering to read during story times at a library, grocery shopping, attending children' group exercise classes. Volunteering at food pantries if allowed to, donating food at the Tularosa Library, stocking the clothing closet at Tularosa Community Center. Going on field trips, attending 2-3 homeschool groups, attending children friendly events, and preparing healthy foods. Also homeschooling.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I grew up with a stay at home mom who took my brothers and sisters and I grocery shopping, to the library and other activities regularly. I love that. I would never want to really be a working mother, I want to be a mommy. I understand that sometimes children need their mommy to work so of course I would love to help another woman's children at the same time as mine to help them have that same experience. I would love to help children feel very nurtured again and to aid them in loving their parents by learning how to "pick up toys" and select healthy foods and gifts for their parents for example.

My experience with special needs children...

Pediatric intensive care unit and children hospital hospitalization, carrying and utilizing an oxygen monitor (typically for preemies). Regularly attending speech therapy, feeding therapy and occupational therapy appointments on average 2-4 a week. I used to work at The Arc of Anchorage in Anchorage, Alaska.
