I cared for children in a Before and After school program. I was the site coordinator and I oversaw 45-50 kida with 3 other staff.
I have also loved helping out at summer camps as well. Being a counselor for two years was a really thrilling experience for me just being around all the young energy the kids bring!

I think the most important part about being a nanny is making sure that these kids have an amazing childhood. I look back on my childhood and I remember things that I loved doing as a kid that I can't do anymore. I want them to experience what being a real child is like!

My favorite moment in my time of looking after kids is when a kid had scrapped their knee so we went inside and I cleaned it all up and this kid wanted me to read a book to them. So we sat down and I read the book to the kid and the kid just sat there so invested in the book.
