More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve been a professional Nanny and household manager for the last eight years. Prior to that I had several other Nanny roles, did occasional babysitting for date nights, and was a counselor at summer camps.
I’ve also worked in a daycare setting, been a mentor for teens, and volunteered with kids through several different non profits.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love following the kids lead! Anything they enjoy doing, I’d love to encourage. I do particularly enjoy getting outside for bike rides, nature walks, park, days, and swimming. I do a lot of crafts in my own free time, so I can help teach your kids how to knit, scrapbook, make jewelry, or other little projects. I’m learning the piano also and happy to share skills!

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me, it’s really important to be on the same page as the parents. I have seen that kids really benefit from having all the adults aligned with expectations and rules to keep them feeling regulated. I do my best to follow expectations from both parents and help kiddos stay in a routine that makes sense for everyone!
