Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I worked as A camp counselor in Raymond Maine. I was a cabin parent to 24 girls between the ages of 10 and 12. I was also an archery instructor for boys and girls ages 7-15. I have worked at stratham Circle learning center. As a preschool aid for 28 kids between the ages of 2-5. As well as Co- running their after school program of 28 to 33 children, boys and girls are between the ages of 6-14.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Anything outside is always a lot of fun! whether we are making fairy houses, or going for scavenger hunts throughout the backyard! I also love a good rainy day, where we get to be creative and enjoy the luxuries of the indoors! Being a psychology major, One of my most favorable things, is to listen, understand and engage with children that best foster their growth, independence, and learning!! Whatever way that is best done for your children, will be how we engage!
