Hi, I’m Natayah Morgan, a 21 year old entrepreneur, I draw and sell my paintings as well as create other merchandise handmade by me, personally. A graduate from Boone County Highschool, year 2020. I'm from Cincinnati Ohio and spent my high school years living in Florence Kentucky. My aspirations in life are to be happy and successful. I plan to break generational curses and make a positive impact on the world and my city. I have 4 siblings, I am the second oldest. I used to be the only girl for 18 years but then my sister was born. (I told my mom, " I wanted one when I was 10 and still playing with barbies!") Lol, little girls are cute little monsters but what's not to love! Nature, music, and food are all bestfriends of mine. I love learning new things so that I can enlighten someone else, as intelligence is one of the greatest powers. A Fun fact about me is, I'm an old soul.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I've worked in the healthcare field for 2 years. I volunteered in my family's church with toddlers, kids, and teens. I've been babysitting since the age of 10 as well as taken a parenting class to become more educated about child development.

I have a very opened mind. I love to do whatever makes the children happy. Only if its allowed of course!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important thing about being a nanny is making sure I do my part. It isn't easy for parents to trust other people with their children. It is important that I watch children with the upmost care and kindness in my heart. Making sure the children are fed, clean, happy, and safe by knowing what to do, who to call, and how to behave in any scenario. Earning trust and gaining healthy relationships with children and parents is a obligation to me so they will feel safe and comfortable. Most importantly, following the rules the parent/guardian has set for me on how to care for their children! There may be schedules, specific diets, a certain way to do things as well as other boundaries needed to be respected.

My experience with special needs children...

I only have one year of experience with special needs children besides being around my own family member.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I don't just have one favorite moment. Every moment I see children happy, laughing or even peaceful and calm; seeing them happy and content, knowing that they feel comfortable around me, etc, makes me the happiest. To know that I've done what I said I would do while also being a great help for a parent(s).
