I love being indoors and outdoors, I been told I'm very imaginative so I can make up stories for the kids to enjoy, and also interactive stories so that its like an adventure! I also played sports so I can play whatever sport the child may enjoy.

The most important part about being a nanny to me is the ability to connect with a child/elderly. Even a connect with the parent is important too!
My experience with special needs children...
I have helped take care of both family friends and family members children. I can easily understand, adapt, and change certain aspects of myself so that it fits the needs of the child. An example of this is changing my voice to be smoother and softer, or even speaking with a certain tone whenever I talked to them.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment would have been when I was watching my baby cousin. When his mom(my aunt) got home I was heading into his room to change him, but she wanted to do it, so I was handing him over to her but he was holding onto to me. It was a fight to get him to let me go. :) Once he did he started crying and put his arms out to reach me, my aunt started to change him while trying to calm him down but he didn't stop crying until he grabbed me. It was a sweet and funny moment as she told her husband.
